ISS Sales Engineer
The Sales Engineer is responsible for the overall management of customer relationships, executing the sales process for ISS products, training and technical services, while managing the customer journey through the process.
In addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, the Sales Engineer must have the appropriate technical skills with a detailed familiarity of highly complex, engineered software systems and processes. Further, the Sales Engineer must be willing to learn about new products.
The Sales Engineer must build rapport with clients, understand their needs and make initial recommendations about the best ISS solutions, serving as an import customer advocate/liaison with ISS Technical Teams.
